Your responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Supporting access to the community, appointments, and activities
- Following care plans and documenting progress
- Administering medication
What you need:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling
- Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland must have the relevant registration (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
