What you will do:
- Deliver person-centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings.
- Build confidence, provide emotional support and help people thrive.
What you need:
- UK work eligibility
- Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
- Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy and teamwork
