<\/p>Working Pattern:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>Working hours are Mon - Fri 08:00 - 18:00 <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>This will be a mixture of shifts from 8.00am - 4.30pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm and 9.30am - 6.00pm.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/p>As the trusted partner for your territory, you'll deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and healthcare professionals by: <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>Delivering outstanding client success<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Becoming the first point of contact for your clients, providing responsive, professional support every day.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Building long -term relationships based on trust, reliability, and outstanding service.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding each client's workforce needs and delivering staffing solutions that keep services running smoothly.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen partnerships, and support business growth.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Resolving issues quickly and confidently to ensure seamless service delivery.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Keeping healthcare moving<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Coordinating shift bookings and matching healthcare professionals with client requirements.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Managing last -minute changes and finding solutions to ensure excellent shift fulfilment.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Working collaboratively across recruitment, bookings, and operations teams to maximise coverage. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Supporting and engaging our workforce<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Helping healthcare professionals throughout their journey, from onboarding to day -to -day support.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Building strong relationships that encourage engagement, availability, and successful shift uptake.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitoring compliance, training, and workforce readiness to ensure the highest standards. <\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Driving territory performance<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Using data and systems to monitor activity, identify trends, and support informed decision -making.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Contributing to key performance measures including client satisfaction, workforce utilisation, and fill rates.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identifying risks and opportunities within your territory and working proactively to deliver the best outcomes. <\/span><\/span>

<\/p>We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. <\/span><\/span>

- Experience in a client -facing, operations, coordination, or scheduling role (healthcare or recruitment experience is a bonus).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships across multiple channels.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- A proactive, solutions -focused mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem -solving skills.<\/span><\/span>
