What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience – 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years
  • Experience – 6+ months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a Senior HCA role
  • Eligibility – Right to work in the UK
  • Qualification – NVQ3 qualification or SVQ3 qualification required for this role
  • Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)
  • Skills – Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques
  • QualitiesTeamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
