What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 6+ months of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years in a Senior HCA role
- Eligibility – Right to work in the UK
- Registration – If applying in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you’ll need the relevant SSSC, SCW, or NISCC registration (not required in England)
- Skills – Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques
- Qualities – Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism, and a compassionate approach
