What You'll Do: As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be providing vital support to service users in care homes. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting patients with personal care and daily living activities.
- Carrying out clinical tasks within your competency and monitor patient vital signs.
- Provide immediate, confident leadership and guidance to junior care staff on shift.
- Maintaining a safe, clean clinical environment, following infection control procedures, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ensuring accurate patient documentation and detailed shift handovers.

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience within the last 3 years.
- Proven experience working as a Senior HCA or an experienced HCA ready to step up.
- Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration e.g., SSSC, SCW, NISSC (not applicable in England).

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
