We are looking for an exceptional Care Assistant to join the Newcross team in Broadstairs and be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your contributions truly matter.
What you'll do:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.
What you need:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years
- Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England
- Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
