Newcross Healthcare is recruiting a Community Paediatric Care Assistant in Ryde to support children and young people in their own homes. We have multiple clients across the IOW:
- Ryde: Shifts: Tuesday's and Friday's - 13:00 - 18:00
- Sandown: Shifts: Monday, Tuesday & Friday (School Holidays) 10:00 - 15:00 (Male or Female Staff)
- Cowes: Shifts: Thursday's - 15:00 - 19:00
Your responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Support children with their care needs.
- Support safe community access and promote independence.
- Ensure safety and follow detailed care plans accurately.
What you need:
- At least 3 months of paid UK care experience.
- Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
