Your role
You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Encourage independence and daily routines
- Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Be a steady, caring presence – someone they can count on
What we’re looking for
- 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years)
- At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people(in the last 3 years)
- Right to work in the UK
- A kind, resilient, and team‑focused attitude
