Residential Support Worker – Children’s Services – Essex

Pay: £13.90-£16.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

Your role

You’ll work in a residential care setting, supporting children with day‑to‑day life, emotional well‑being, and general mentorship and support. You’ll:

  • Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
  • Encourage independence and daily routines
  • Support emotional regulation and behaviour management
  • Be a steady, caring presence – someone they can count on

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ months of full‑time care experience (in the last 3 years)
  • At least 3 months’ experience working with children or young people(in the last 3 years)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A kind, resilient, and team‑focused attitude
