About the role
Newcross Healthcare is recruiting a Community Paediatric Care Assistant in Plymouth to support children and young people in their own homes. Your responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Support children with their care needs.
- Support safe community access and promote independence.
- Ensure safety and follow detailed care plans accurately.
What you need:
- At least six months of paid UK care experience.
- Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Good spoken and written English.
