We are looking for an exceptional Support Worker to join the Newcross team in Norwich. You will be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your care, commitment and compassion truly make a difference.

As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living, and the community. You will help people live more independently, build confidence and lead fulfilling lives.

What you need:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A minimum of 6 months of paid UK care experience in the last 3 years
  • Relevant registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISCC) – not required in England
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
