Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants in Isle of Wight to work in care homes, residential homes and community care settings. If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work with a trusted provider, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
  • Support people with daily routines, personal care and life skills.
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
