Newcross Healthcare is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Director to lead our South East region. <\/span>
<\/p>

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, workforce optimisation, and exceptional client service across a multi -site healthcare staffing operation. <\/span>
<\/p>

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will translate business strategy into regional action plans, lead high -performing teams, and ensure the delivery of outstanding outcomes for clients, healthcare professionals, and the wider business. <\/span>

What will you do? <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Leadership & Performance <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Create a high -performance culture focused on accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Drive regional performance against operational, commercial, and strategic objectives.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor KPIs and implement effective actions to maximise performance and growth. <\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Operational Excellence <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high -quality healthcare staffing solutions across the region.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive service improvements, workforce productivity, and operational efficiency.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work collaboratively with central teams to optimise workforce deployment, coverage, and service delivery.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, governance, and company standards. <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Strategic Growth <\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Deliver regional growth plans aligned to company strategy.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen market position, increase performance, and support business expansion.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Lead the successful implementation of transformation projects, new systems, and operational initiatives. <\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Workforce & Client Success <\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Partner with Recruitment, Clinical Governance, and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness and effective resource planning.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a senior escalation point when required.<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Support business development activities and contribute regional insight to drive commercial success. <\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Data & Continuous Improvement <\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Use performance data and operational insight to inform decision -making and drive results.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Monitor industry trends, risks, and opportunities.<\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Champion innovation, best practice, and continuous improvement across the region.<\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>

          What we’ll be looking for: (skills, experience + qualifications): <\/span><\/b>
          <\/p>

          You will be an accomplished operational leader with experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams within healthcare, staffing, or a similar service -led environment. <\/span>
          <\/p>

          You'll bring:<\/span><\/b> <\/span>

          • Proven success in regional leadership and multi -site operational management.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strong experience developing high -performing teams and future leaders.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Excellent understanding of workforce planning, service delivery, and healthcare compliance.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, quality, and profitability.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Experience leading change, transformation, and business improvement initiatives.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.<\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strong analytical and problem -solving capabilities with a data -driven approach.<\/span>
