<\/p>At Newcross Healthcare, our Territory Partners are at the heart of delivering exceptional service to both clients and healthcare professionals.<\/span>
<\/p>This is a fast -paced, operational role where you'll coordinate bookings, optimise workforce availability, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive the staffing support they need.<\/span>
<\/p>Working closely with clients, healthcare staff, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving service quality, workforce engagement, and territory performance.<\/span>

<\/p>Client Success & Relationship Management<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, bookings, and day -to -day support.<\/span>
<\/li>- Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.<\/span>
<\/li>- Understand client requirements and ensure workforce solutions meet demand.<\/span>
<\/li>- Capture feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support client retention.<\/span>
<\/li>- Escalate supply challenges and growth opportunities to the Territory Manager.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Workforce Engagement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Support healthcare professionals throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.<\/span>
<\/li>- Assist with system access, app usage, compliance, and training requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain regular communication to increase workforce availability and engagement.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proactively support utilisation, helping maximise shift uptake and workforce activity.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Bookings & Scheduling<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Coordinate shift bookings to meet client requirements efficiently and effectively.<\/span>
<\/li>- Match workforce availability to client demand, ensuring high fill rates and service continuity.<\/span>
<\/li>- Resolve scheduling issues and last -minute changes quickly and professionally.<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain accurate booking and scheduling records in line with company processes.<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Territory Performance<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Use systems and data to monitor activity, prioritise workload, and support decision -making.<\/span>
<\/li>- Contribute to key performance measures including fill rates, workforce utilisation, and client satisfaction.<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the territory.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work collaboratively with recruitment, bookings, and operations teams to deliver excellent outcomes.<\/span> <\/span><\/b>

<\/li>- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<\/span>
<\/li>- Confidence using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and digital tools.<\/span>
<\/li>- A proactive, solutions -focused approach to problem -solving.<\/span>
<\/li>- High attention to detail and accuracy.<\/span>
<\/li>- Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure.<\/span>
