<\/div>Newcross Healthcare is looking for a Territory Manager to lead and grow our presence in the East Scotland area, delivering exceptional service to clients while supporting and engaging our workforce.<\/span>

As a Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving territory performance and growth. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, generate new opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure our workforce delivers consistently high standards. <\/p>What you’ll do: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships across your territory<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify growth opportunities, win new business, and bring lapsed clients back on board<\/span>
<\/li>- Act as the senior point of contact for client escalations and service challenges<\/span>
<\/li>- Support workforce engagement, utilisation, and retention to maximise coverage<\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and retention<\/span>
<\/li>- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery<\/span>
<\/li>- Be a Newcross Brand Ambassador, promoting excellence and continuous improvement<\/span> <\/span><\/b>

- Proven experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management, or healthcare staffing<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong commercial awareness and relationship management skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, target -driven environment<\/span>
<\/li>- Confident using CRM systems, workforce platforms, and performance dashboards<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication, problem -solving, and analytical skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with high attention to detail<\/span>
