You will be supported, valued, and given the time and tools to deliver great care.
Your role: Supporting independence every day. As a Community Care Assistant, you will provide person centred care to people in their own homes. You will help clients live with dignity, comfort, and confidence. Your duties will include:
- Personal care and daily support
- Friendly companionship and emotional support
- Live-in care for clients who need round the clock help
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Safe medication support
- Assisting with complex and specialist care needs
- Palliative and end of life care with compassion
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 months paid care experience, or personal care experience in the UK
- Confidence supporting people with limited mobility
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience with complex care is helpful, but not essential. Full training is provided
- Registration required in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland where applicable
- Good spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate clearly
