About the role: Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced female Support Workers in Folkestone to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work with a trusted provider, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
  • Support people with daily routines, shopping, cooking, personal care and life skills.
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
  • Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
  • Some personal care may be required.

What you need:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
  • Medication Administration training.
  • Experience in supporting individuals with learning difficulties, autism and mental health issues.
  • Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
