About the role: Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced female Support Workers in Folkestone to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. Your responsibilities:
- Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
- Support people with daily routines, shopping, cooking, personal care and life skills.
- Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
- Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.
- Some personal care may be required.
What you need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
- Medication Administration training.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning difficulties, autism and mental health issues.
- Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
