About the role:

Newcross Healthcare is recruiting experienced Support Workers to work in residential homes, supported living services and community care settings. If you have at least six months of paid UK care experience and want reliable work with a trusted provider, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Deliver person centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
  • Support people with daily routines, shopping, cooking, personal care and life skills.
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships.
  • Encourage confidence and safer, more independent living.

What you need:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • At least six months of paid UK care experience within the last three years.
  • Experience in supporting people with autism, learning difficulties and challenging behaviour.
  • PMVA trained (desirable).
  • Enhanced background check (e.g. DBS, PVG or AccessNI), or willingness to apply.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A caring approach built on integrity, respect and empathy.
