Director of Product and AI

We're looking for an experienced Director of Product & AI<\/b> to lead our Product function and shape the next generation of digital products and AI -enabled services that support healthcare professionals, clients and our colleagues. <\/span>

Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll influence organisational strategy, work closely with the Managing Director and Board, and lead a product -led transformation that delivers measurable business outcomes.<\/span> <\/span><\/b>

What will you do? <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Whilst a full job description can be supplied, some of the key responsibilities include: <\/span>
<\/p>

You'll own the strategic direction of Product and AI across the organisation, ensuring our investments create meaningful value for our customers and the business. <\/span>
<\/p>

Your responsibilities will include: <\/span>
<\/p>

• Defining and delivering our Product and AI strategy aligned to our business goals.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Building and leading a high -performing Product function, embedding best practice across Product Management and Product Ownership.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Creating customer -led product roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Driving product innovation using customer insight, operational feedback and market intelligence.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation and intelligent workflows to improve customer experience, productivity and operational efficiency.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Leading product -led transformation programmes that simplify processes and improve the way we work.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Working closely with Technology, Data and Operational teams to ensure products are delivered effectively and adopted successfully.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Establishing clear governance, prioritisation frameworks and success measures across the product portfolio.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Using data and customer insight to inform investment decisions and continuous improvement.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board on Product, AI and digital transformation. <\/span>

  What we're looking for <\/span><\/b>
  <\/p>

  We're looking for an inspirational Product leader with a passion for building products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. <\/span>
  <\/p>

  You'll bring: <\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Significant experience leading Product teams within a technology -enabled or digitally transforming organisation.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • A proven track record of defining and delivering successful product strategies and roadmaps.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience leading product -led transformation and organisational change.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong experience building and developing Product Managers and creating high -performing product teams.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • The ability to identify and apply AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve products, services and business performance.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • A strong understanding of customer -centred product development, user experience and data -driven decision making.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Engineering and Data teams to successfully deliver digital products.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link product investment to measurable business outcomes.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with Executive teams and Boards.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and influencing skills. <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    It would be great if you also have experience in: <\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Healthcare, workforce management, staffing or other regulated sectors.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • SaaS or digital platforms.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • CRM, workflow management or operational systems.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics or conversational AI.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Customer experience or service transformation. <\/span>
