Build relationships. Solve workforce challenges. Make a real difference. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. At Newcross Healthcare, we're transforming the way healthcare organisations access, manage and retain their workforce. By combining over 30 years of healthcare expertise with market-leading technology, AI-powered insights and innovative workforce solutions, we're helping our clients deliver outstanding care across the UK.

This isn't about filling shifts. It's about building trusted partnerships, understanding workforce challenges and creating smarter, more sustainable solutions that help healthcare organisations thrive. We're looking for a Territory Partner to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor and helping them achieve better workforce outcomes. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making a measurable impact, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

A role with real ownership:

  • As a Territory Partner, you'll take responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of healthcare clients, building strong, long-term relationships and becoming the person they rely on when they need support, advice or solutions.
  • You'll develop a deep understanding of each organisation, learning about their services, workforce challenges and future ambitions.
  • Using those insights, you'll work proactively to ensure they have access to the right healthcare professionals at the right time, helping them deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • You'll also build strong relationships with the healthcare professionals who support your territory, understanding their skills, experience and career aspirations to connect them with opportunities where they can make the greatest impact.

This is far more than a traditional recruitment or customer service role. It combines the best aspects of account management, workforce planning, relationship management, operational problem-solving and commercial development into one rewarding career. Supported by specialist teams across Recruitment, Compliance, Workforce Engagement, Operations and Technology, you'll have the tools, expertise and AI-powered systems needed to spend less time on administration and more time building relationships, solving problems and delivering results. If you enjoy taking ownership, making decisions and seeing the direct impact of your work, you'll thrive in this role.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Building trusted partnerships: Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare organisations across your territory.
  • Becoming the first point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice and responsive support.
  • Understanding each client's workforce challenges, priorities and future plans.
  • Building confidence through consistent delivery and exceptional service.

Driving workforce performance:

  • Planning and coordinating workforce solutions that meet client demand.
  • Improving fill rates, workforce utilisation and service performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and grow your territory.
  • Using CRM systems, performance data and business insights to make informed decisions.

Delivering solutions:

  • Working collaboratively with internal specialist teams to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Resolving service challenges quickly and professionally.
  • Matching healthcare professionals with opportunities that align with their skills, experience and availability.
  • Following through on commitments and ensuring every issue reaches a successful conclusion.

Growing your territory: You'll have genuine ownership of your territory and the opportunity to influence its long-term success. Your performance bonus will recognise the difference you make through strong client relationships, improved workforce performance, sustainable growth and the positive outcomes you deliver for both clients and healthcare.

Our values shape how we care for patients and support our teams – grounded in integrity, empathy, respect, and a commitment to teamwork.

  • Integrity: We do what’s right, even when no one is watching.
  • Respect: Every voice matters, and every person counts.
  • Empathy: We understand and share the feelings of others.
