We are hiring exceptional Residential Support Workers to care for children and young people in a residential setting in Derry (Londonderry). About the role:

You will support children within a residential care environment. Your role will include building trusting relationships, promoting routines and life skills, supporting with emotional regulation and managing behaviours with consistency and care.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of full-time care experience in the past 3 years, including 3 months with children or young people
  • A Level 3 qualification in children’s services (or willingness to work towards one)
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A commitment to delivering care that is respectful, empathetic and team-focused
