Your Role: Supporting Independence | Enriching Lives

We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care bank across South Devon and Cornwall, offering flexible ad hoc shifts including days and waking nights. This role involves delivering person-centred care in clients' homes, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained. You will work across a range of adult and paediatric care packages, providing high quality support while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are confident working independently, reliable and flexible, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred. Your responsibilities:

  • Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 6 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK)
  • Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility (moving and handling)
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales)
  • Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
