  • Deliver person centred care across residential homes, supported living and community settings.

What you need:

  • UK work eligibility
  • Minimum 6 months UK paid care experience in the last 3 years
  • Enhanced DBS for England or Wales, or PVG for Scotland, or AccessNI for Northern Ireland
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Personal qualities include integrity, respect, empathy and teamwork
