Salary: <\/b> <\/b>Up to <\/span>£28,000 pa + up to £6,000 pa bonus<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Contract type:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>Full time, permanent<\/span><\/span>

Working Pattern:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>Core working hours are Mon - Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm<\/span><\/span>

This is a fast -paced, operational role where you'll coordinate bookings, optimise workforce availability, build strong relationships, and ensure clients receive the staffing support they need.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Working closely with clients, healthcare staff, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving service quality, workforce engagement, and territory performance.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Client Success & Relationship Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, bookings, and day -to -day support.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Understand client requirements and ensure workforce solutions meet demand.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Capture feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and support client retention.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Escalate supply challenges and growth opportunities to the Territory Manager.<\/span><\/span>
