Salary: £50,000 + up to £20,000 bonus + Car Allowance £6,000 pa

Working Pattern: Core working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm

- Build and execute a bold, strategic growth plan across your territory, focusing on both new business and account expansion
- Hunt for opportunity—generating leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and proactive client engagement
- Be the face of Newcross for new clients, delivering a consultative, high-quality experience from first contact onwards
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, confidently negotiating, influencing, and closing deals
- Use CRM systems and market insight to spot trends, track performance, and maximise every opportunity
- Represent Newcross as a passionate brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment to outstanding care
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients
- Take ownership in a role that evolves—where additional responsibilities may grow with your success
