What will you do?
- Build and execute a bold, strategic growth plan across your territory, focusing on both new business and account expansion opportunity—generating leads through cold calling, networking, prospecting.
- Be the face of Newcross for new clients, delivering a consultative, high-quality experience from first contact onwards.
- Build relationships with clients, confidently negotiating, influencing, and closing deals.
- Use CRM systems and market insight to spot trends, track performance, and maximise every opportunity.
- Represent Newcross as a passionate brand ambassador, championing our values and commitment to outstanding care.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless service delivery for new clients.
