Your role: Supporting Independence | Enriching Lives
We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our Community Care team. We offer set shifts per week and have days and night packages available. You are always in one client's home for your shift, so there is no travelling around, ensuring consistency for you and the client you care for. We also offer flexible ad hoc shifts including days and waking nights.
This role involves delivering person-centred care within clients' homes, supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and clinical needs where trained. We offer a range of adult and paediatric care packages as well as mental health packages, providing high-quality support while building positive relationships with clients and their families.
We are looking for candidates with previous care experience who are confident working independently, reliable and flexible, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.

Your responsibilities
- Personal care and support: Assisting with daily routines to promote comfort and wellbeing.

- Community access: Helping clients engage in their local community.
- Medication support: Safe, timely administration of medication.
- Palliative and end of life care (where applicable): Providing compassionate care during life's most sensitive moments.
What you need
- At least 3 months of paid professional care experience (or personal care experience in the UK).
- Confidence supporting individuals with limited mobility (moving and handling).
- The right to work in the UK.
- Registration with SSSC (applicants in Scotland) or SCW (applicants in Wales).
- Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively.
