  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers and develop meaningful partnerships.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results.
  • The ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine commitment to quality delivery and exceptional customer service.

Flexible working that works for you: Enjoy a flexible, largely remote role with the autonomy to plan and manage your own diary, prioritising meetings, stakeholder visits, events, and business development activity across the region. Typically, BDMs spend around 2 days a week out in the field, with the remainder working remotely, giving you the freedom to structure your time around your priorities and adapt to busy periods.
