Key Responsibilities
- LINEN MANAGEMENT
- Deliver fresh linen, towels, and housekeeping supplies to each floor with precision and care, setting the stage for flawless guest experiences.
- Collect soiled linen and towels promptly from attendants’ trolleys and collection points.
- Carefully manage and rotate all linen, ensuring every piece meets the high standards of our luxury guest experience.
- HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANLINESS STANDARDS
- Ensure room attendants have timely access to fresh linen and supplies, keeping every part of the hotel running like a perfectly timed production.
- Respond to guest requests with promptness and courtesy, upholding five-star standards while ensuring privacy, dignity, and security.
- Stay in character with professionalism and discretion, following company procedures and lost-and-found protocols to ensure a flawless performance.
- COST CONTROL & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
- Use and store supplies efficiently, rotate linen with precision, and handle chemicals safely—ensuring every prop and material is performance-ready.
- Minimise waste and maintain order behind the scenes so guests experience seamless luxury without ever seeing the effort.
- GUEST SERVICE & HOTEL KNOWLEDGE
- Stage the guest experience: Know the ins and outs of hotel services and local attractions, offer helpful guidance, and direct queries to the right team when needed—keeping every act seamless.
- HEALTH & SAFETY, COMPLIANCE & SECURITY
- Keep the stage safe and sound: Complete all training, follow Health & Safety protocols, handle chemicals and equipment safely, know emergency procedures, and report hazards—so every performance runs without incident.
