Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser for the Gateshead branch. You will greet customers, understand financial needs, and assist with transactions, savings accounts, and cashing up at day end. The role offers a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule with Saturday rota coverage.
Training is provided through a 12-week programme, with opportunities to grow within the Society. A supportive team and community-focused environment are emphasised.
