Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser to join our on-site team.

You will interact with customers daily, listen to their financial needs, and help them achieve their goals.

The role includes opening accounts, processing transactions, and supporting colleagues to deliver a great customer experience.

The position offers a 35-hour week, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm with Saturday rota shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package and a tailored 12-week training program at dedicated hubs.
