Accommodation Services are looking to recruit a motivated individual to work as part of the Accommodation Team.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out day-to-day cleaning duties, including deep cleaning in student accommodation. Experience working as part of a team and in a customer service environment is essential. The candidate must have a flexible approach to work and be able to work at other residence sites as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, maintain, and undertake general tasks to ensure high-quality accommodation services.
- Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Identify and report hazards or damages, taking immediate action when possible.
- Assist with stock control and issuing goods efficiently.
- Report concerns about residents\’ wellbeing.
- Handle routine customer queries and complaints.
- Support promotional activities, such as showing visitors around.
- Participate in training to improve skills and knowledge.
