Positions Post 1 (A211136R): Research Associate (Biostatistics), 3 years fixed-term Post 2 (A211143R): Research Associate/Assistant (Biostatistics), 3 years fixed-term Salary Research Associate: £30,395 - £39,610 (with progression to £39,610) Research Assistant: £27,831 - £29,515 We have two biostatistics positions currently available in the PHSI-BRG. Responsibilities The first post would be working with James Wason and would consist of a mixture of methodology for precision medicine clinical trials, as well as being the trial statistician for two adaptive clinical trials. This would suit someone who is interested in both developing and applying novel methods for improving clinical trials for patients. The post-holder would play an important part in the MRC/NIHR Trials Methodology Research Partnership Stratified Medicine Working Group. The second post would work on several different research studies within our group’s portfolio (primarily clinical trials), as well as getting involved in design of new studies.
