Newcastle United Women Academy is seeking an Academy Physical Performance Lead to design and deliver age-appropriate, evidence-informed strength and conditioning programmes for our players. You will work closely with coaches, medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to maximise physical potential while fostering healthy habits for long-term success.
You will implement testing, monitor progress, support rehab and injury prevention, and embed physical development across training and matchdays.
