About the role

The Premium Client Experience Executive supports the planning and delivery of exceptional hospitality events and premium client engagement activities across matchdays, non‑matchdays and external venues. The role plays a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across all premium experience touchpoints.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver outstanding service to seasonal and premium clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the season.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve issues professionally, maintain accurate CRM records and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate and support premium experience sales and hospitality events across matchdays, non‑matchdays and external events, working closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement.
