About the role

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to deliver key campaigns and activities for the membership product and marketing strategy to increase the number of the clubs’ members globally. You will work closely with the Membership Marketing Manager in delivering campaigns to support the overall membership marketing strategy. You will support in the delivery of targeted acquisition and retention campaigns. You’ll manage communications across email, social media, and the club website to engage fans and convert them into members. A key part of the role involves coordinating content and product shoots, ensuring clear communication across multiple teams. You’ll also work closely with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content, track campaign performance using data insights, and deliver member-exclusive benefits and experiences. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the membership activity calendar, aligning plans with key events and milestones.

Your impact

You will have a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business communications or equivalent industry experience. It is essential to have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation preferably in a sports or entertainment environment. You will have advanced copywriting skills, excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
