About the role
We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer‑focused individuals to join our Ticketing team as Matchday Ticketing Assistants. In this casual matchday role, you’ll be part of the front‑line team welcoming supporters and ensuring a smooth ticket collection experience. You’ll provide excellent service, assist with queries, and help create an efficient and enjoyable experience for every fan attending St. James’ Park.
Your impact
You’ll play an important role in the matchday experience by issuing pre‑paid tickets to the correct recipients and helping supporters with any ticketing queries they may have. Your professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service will ensure fans feel informed and valued throughout their visit. You will uphold Club standards at all times, respond courteously to enquiries, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere on busy matchdays.
About the team
You will work within the Ticketing Department and report to the Box Office Manager, joining a supportive team committed to delivering a seamless experience for supporters on matchdays.
Location
This role is based at St. James’ Park, with work required on home matchdays. Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
