About the role
To lead the application of data informed intelligence within the recruitment department, identifying, evaluating and ranking player targets to support first team and emerging global talent performance objectives.
What you’ll do:
- Produce reporting and insights on transfer market trends and competitor benchmarking.
- Build and manage recruitment dashboards and automated workflows.
- Collaborate with data teams and external providers to drive innovation.
- Identify and rank player targets using data-led models.
- Deliver player analysis and evidence based recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support recruitment strategy with data driven insights and reporting.
