What you’ll do
You’ll be the steady hand supporting our Executive Team — keeping plans tight, conversations flowing, and decisions moving. If you’re at your best when things move fast — when you’re bringing order, clarity and calm to a busy day — this is your chance to make a real difference. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who sees what’s needed before it’s asked for. Someone who backs themselves, brings energy, and helps us keep pushing forward.
One role will support our Chief Operating Officer and our Chief Financial Officer with all of things that allow them to focus on delivering our strategic aims. The second role will work closely with the broader business and People and Talent Team to ensure that our new C-suite recruits have a first class introduction to the Club, with the opportunity to work with the new team longer term.
You’ll take ownership of:
- Managing communications and inboxes with confidence and discretion
- Coordinating complex diaries across senior stakeholders
- Preparing clear, high‑quality materials for executive and board meetings
- Organising travel and expenses
- Keeping documents and systems organised and accurate
- Building strong relationships inside and outside the Club
- Supporting wider projects, including minute taking and office coordination
- Handling every detail in line with our values and expectations
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience supporting C‑Suite or senior leaders in an Executive Assistant / PA role.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, adaptable approach
- Confidence managing shifting priorities
- Excellent MS Office skills
