About the role
To provide an effective project management, administration and communication support service to the Academy Recruitment Team, supporting the Academy Recruitment Director. The role includes:
- Complex diary management
- Internal and external communications
- UK and European travel and expense arrangements
- Document management and record keeping
- Meetings and event administration
- Budget support
What you’ll do
- Provide full inbox and diary management for the Academy Recruitment Director, prioritising, responding and escalating communications appropriately.
- Act as the first point of contact between recruitment leadership, executives, internal colleagues and external partners.
- Manage recruitment team communications, proof-reading and sense-checking documentation in line with brand and risk procedures.
- Arrange complex UK and European travel and accommodation, managing expenses, invoices and reconciliations in line with policy.
- Prepare meeting agendas, packs, minutes and presentations for recruitment and Board-level meetings.
- Support project management activities across the recruitment function, implementing effective systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems and manage office administration requirements.
