About the role:
- As a Matchday Supporter Liaison Assistant, you'll provide on-the-ground support to supporters at selected home and away fixtures.
- Acting as a friendly and approachable point of contact, you'll help supporters navigate their matchday experience, provide information and guidance, gather feedback, and elevate issues when required.
- Working closely with the Supporter Liaison Officer and wider matchday teams, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive and positive atmosphere for all supporters while helping the Club meet its fan engagement commitments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a visible and approachable point of contact for supporters.
- Providing information, guidance and signposting throughout the matchday.
- Supporting the delivery of supporter engagement activities.
- Gathering supporter feedback and sharing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Assisting with matchday operations, supporter communications and wayfinding.
- Liaising with internal teams to help resolve supporter issues efficiently.
- Supporting selected home and away fixtures, including domestic and European matches as required.
