Newcastle United is seeking a Casual Matchday Supporter Liaison Assistant to provide on-the-ground support to supporters at home and away fixtures.

You'll be a friendly point of contact, help fans navigate the matchday experience, provide information and guidance, and gather feedback.

Working with the Supporter Liaison Officer and matchday teams, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, support supporter communications and wayfinding, and help resolve issues quickly.
