About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Stadium Tour Guide to deliver exceptional and informative tours of St. James’ Park. You’ll provide visitors with a unique experience, sharing fascinating stories and facts about the Club’s rich history while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and safety.

Your impact

You will deliver engaging tours to diverse audiences, use storytelling to bring the Club’s history to life, provide outstanding customer service, manage and adapt tours for different group sizes and needs, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. You will also have confidence in public speaking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with guests. Previous experience in a customer‑facing role and flexibility to work weekends are required.

About the team

You will work as part of our Stadium Tours team, acting as a brand ambassador for Newcastle United and ensuring every visitor leaves with an unforgettable experience.

Location

This role is based at St. James’ Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
