Newcastle United Women Academy seeks an Academy Physical Performance Lead to design and deliver age-appropriate, evidence-informed athletic development programmes for NUW players. You will work with coaches, medical colleagues and the MDT to maximise physical potential and promote long-term healthy development.
You will conduct testing, monitor progress, support rehab and injury prevention, and provide on-pitch support during training and matches.
