About the role

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to assist our Store Manager in building a driven, positive and hard-working team. You will be knowledgeable and passionate about Newcastle United products and services. Working in our fast paced, high footfall store, you will manage sales and services with the aim to exceed commercial targets whilst delivering a best in class, premium retail experience for every visitor. Acting as a role model, you will support to build a high performance culture, supporting the training of the team to deliver a ‘best in class’ approach to customer service and sales.

Your impact

You will have previous retail management experience, ideally within a fast-paced sports retail environment but this is not essential. You will have significant experience within customer service, with the ability to confidently deal with customer complaints and be a point of contact for any escalated issues. You will be flexible to work variable patterns including regular evenings and weekends.

You will work with our Store Manager and team of supervisors and retail associates.
