About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT Service Delivery Team. You will provide first and second line IT support across our sites, assisting users via telephone, email and in person, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient resolution of technical issues.
What youll do
- Provide first line support for hardware, software and systems issues. * Log, troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Escalate and monitor issues in line with SLA requirements. * Support PCs, printers, Microsoft applications, Active Directory and local networks.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers where required. * Participate in matchday support on a rota basis.
- Produce reports and complete routine system administration tasks.
What were looking for
You will hold an NVQ/Level 3 IT qualification or equivalent and have strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, PC hardware and networking fundamentals. We are looking for an organised team player with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset and a willingness to learn.
