About the role
We're looking for a Retail Supervisor to work alongside the management team to support building a driven, positive and hard-working team. Working in our fast-paced, high footfall store, you will manage sales and services with the aim to exceed commercial targets whilst delivering a best in class, premium retail experience for every visitor.
Your impact
- You will have previous retail supervisory experience, ideally within a fast-paced sports retail environment but this is not essential.
- You will have significant experience within customer service, ensuring you and the team deliver a best in class service.
- You will be flexible to work variable patterns including regular evenings and weekends.
About the team
You will work for our Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers, with responsibility for the store associates.
