About the role

As Partnerships Designer, you will deliver high-quality creative work across the Club's partnerships, sponsorships and co-branded campaigns, ensuring every activation is visually compelling, on-brand and culturally relevant. You'll bring strategic partnership briefs to life through exceptional design that strengthens engagement, enhances supporter experience and delivers commercial impact.

Through thoughtful, high-quality design, you'll help create authentic experiences that connect supporters with both the Club and its partners.

What you’ll do

  • Create high-quality design assets for partner campaigns, co-branded activations, matchday sponsorships, merchandise, and digital and social content.
  • Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative work that meets both Club standards and partner requirements.
  • Support the Art Director with concept development, visual storytelling and creative ideas for larger partnership campaigns.
  • Take ownership of the design craft across co-branded assets, ensuring partner creative feels integrated with the Club's identity.
  • Maintain high standards of creative execution, accuracy and attention to detail across all outputs.
  • Develop innovative creative ideas that bring Club and partner brands together in meaningful and engaging ways.
  • Collaborate with production teams, agencies and external suppliers to maintain creative quality through to final delivery.
  • Stay connected to developments in sport, entertainment, lifestyle and design to inform and enhance creative work.
