About the role

To provide first-line IT support across a wide range of applications and services via telephone, email and in person across our sites, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.


What youll do

Provide efficient and customer-friendly first and Second line support to users via telephone, email and site visits; log and troubleshoot IT issues; escalate faults appropriately; support systems administration tasks and reporting; liaise with third-party suppliers; provide matchday support and work collaboratively within the IT team.
